Each row is the typical apartment on that floor — the middle-ranked one for sun, a real home rather than an average of several. Tap an apartment above to follow a specific one instead.

How this is calculated: a simulation of the sun's path and neighbour shadows, floor by floor, across the day. The score is the share of that day's daylight the apartment spends in direct sun.

Exposure

Each row is the typical apartment on that floor — the middle-ranked one for exposure, which is usually a different apartment from the sun section’s. Higher means more of the apartment’s outer envelope has a clear line from that arrival direction. Every figure already includes the building screening itself — envelope facing away from the arrival counts as covered — and how much that is depends on how steeply the arrival comes in, so there is no single number that means “no neighbours”. Read a column downwards to see whether neighbours matter: figures that climb with height mean neighbouring buildings are screening the lower floors, while a column that barely changes is set by this building’s own shape alone.
